If your project….

* Adds a new artistic dimension to the work you are already doing. For instance, by extending the range and/or level of skills and knowledge of your group or by increasing access and participation to your group’s activities or by working alongside other artists or art forms creating new collaborations.

* Is addressing a genuine proven need, or existing lack of provision.

* Can demonstrate a longer term benefit to your group and to arts development in Luton

* Does not duplicate work already being undertaken by another group or organisation in the Town

* Takes place within the Borough of Luton

* Will be completed within one year of the award being made

* The outcome of your project will take place in Luton for the enrichment of Luton’s Art and Cultural Scene

* Your project has a Olympic Theme

• Using cultural and sports participation, audience development, urban regeneration, tourism, international links and other key strands of the Cultural Olympiad to build a meaningful legacy."

• Create unique collaborations and innovations between communities and cultural sectors.

• Support the learning, skills and personal development of (young) people through links to our education programme.
