The Hat Factory is an old hat factory converted into an arts centre for local community use, providing entertainment and shared multimedia facilities.

LMM make use of the Cultural Network Facilities which includes use of the basement lounge, mainly for chatting and for some filming and reviewing on a small portable DVD player.

It is near to the Rail and Bus Stations and the Town Centre. There is free parking in the nearby "Library" and "Bus Station" multi-storey car parks after 6pm.
